The serial number you’re searching for is not present in our database. It generally means there may be a typing error or that the number you entered did not match our standard format.
Please make sure you typed the serial number following this pattern: 2 numerical digits, 1 letter (usually M), the special character “-” (minus), 6 numerical digits as in the following examples: 21M-010345 or 20M-003456.
Be sure you typed the number 0 (zero) and not the capital letter O and that there are no spaces before or after the serial number. This code is unique, there are no approximate results so you cannot get the documents you are looking for by entering a slightly higher or lower number.

Serial number:
Depending on the model, the serial number can easily be found on a label applied to a back or side panel of the unit. For mainenance reasons the label is normally placed on a non-removable panel. The serial number can also be found on the declaration of conformity that is shipped with the unit as well as on a label outside the original packaging.
If you can’t find the label with the serial number on the unit or if it’s damaged or unreadable please contact our offices and provide us as much information as possible including purchasing date, unit model/code, air flow rate/cooling capacity (depending on the model) or any other data that could help us identifying the unit.
